Nancy, a fifteen year veteran of the real estate business, specializes in sales, leasing and management of retail and office properties. After extensive Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) study, financial analysis in conjunction with marketing experience with governmental, institutional and the private sectors have led to a successful career in the ever changing real estate market. Successfully locating sites for financial institution office/retail site, restaurants, general retail clients has been a strong focus in the San Antonio and Austin markets.

Active in the community with charitable events including the Austin Travis County Livestock Show and Rodeo Scholarship program, Chairman of the ATCLS Calf Scramble Committee, Co-Chairman of the ATCLS Cowboy Breakfast Committee, volunteer with the Coats for Kids campaign in conjunction with KVUE 24 and KVET/KASE.
