Sayers & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1977 by Clinton P. Sayers who currently serves as its President.  The company is a diversely qualified, real estate brokerage, leasing, appraisal and consulting firm with broad level experience throughout Central and South Texas.

The firm is experienced in providing valuations for litigation in such matters as eminent domain, regulatory, property tax and environmental; for both the public and private sectors.  Mr. Sayers is a qualified expert valuation witness and testifies often in State and Federal Courts.

Besides a long term background in the valuation of typical residential and commercial properties, the firm is experienced in the appraisal of many types of special use properties including neighborhood centers, regional shopping malls, mixed-use developments, hotels and resorts, golf courses, factories, industrial properties, churches, educational facilities and high-rise buildings.  The firm’s consultation services include highest and best use studies, subdivision market analysis, site locations, lease evaluations, purchase negotiations, property tax analysis, etc.

Sayers & Associates, Inc. is staffed with senior and support level appraisers, all licensed by the State of Texas.  As the job dictates the firm affiliates with capable independent specialists such as land planners, architects, attorneys, business consultants, etc. in order to provide the best advice and reliable product to the client.   With this network support the firm is able to undertake assignments of substantial size and provide timely completion. The firm maintains an extensive research library and is a member of several subscription services providing current and supporting data.
